Shoelaces made from 100% recycled material; Upper material: Mesh (65% recycled material) and TPU; External rear loop made from 100% recycled material secures the heel; eyelet strip made from recycled fabric; Mesh lining (40% recycled material); EVA foam insole (top layer made from 100% recycled material); Thanks to the Merrell Barefoot 2 construction, the foot assumes a natural position; Midsole with high-performance BLOOM™ foam made from 10% recycled algae - turning green water into clean water; Vibram® TC5+ rubber.

Merrell's leadership in the barefoot category continues with the Trail Glove 7. Key updates include more natural foot positioning for a true minimalist feel, a Vibram EcoStep outsole that wraps the foot to maximize grip and connection, and a minimal midsole made of FloatPro Foam, their best midsole foam. Within the midsole, Merrell also integrated their FLEXconnect dual-directional flex-grooves for enhanced ground connection. Total stack height on these shoes is 14mm.
